Start preparing for compliance approval
• You will need to complete a KYC (know your customer) in order to transact with Tipalti
• Good news: We can implement Tipalti while you go through compliance! KYC will need to be approved prior to processing any transactions.
◦ You will be asked to provide: company information (legal name, business address, business model etc), payment information (what payment methods will be used, estimated number of payments and volume monthly, countries of remittance), beneficial ownership/control person info, as well as Supporting Documentation (articles of incorporation, W-9/government issued tax certificate, Cap table or Ownership
Statement, Valid IDs for beneficial Owners)

◦ Bank Information submitted to Tipalti during KYC should be of the same bank that you wish to use for funding/making payments
